Non-personalized products can be returned within 7 days of receipt in perfect condition and in their original packaging. The customer bears the return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection of the goods.Customized products are not applicable for return.7. Defects and liability
Complaints regarding defects must be made in writing by email within 5 days of receipt of the goods (with a photo of the defect).
In the case of justified defects, a replacement will be delivered or the purchase price refunded.Further claims, in particular claims for damages, are excluded to the extent permitted by law.8. Data protection

  • The finished commissioned digital product was created by me (Nath) and no use of AI.

  • I reserve the right to refuse accepting any commission with or without reason. I reserve the right to not disclose the information as to why.

  • I do not claim rights to characters or intellectual property used in the process of creating the artwork.

  • The price paid must be in Euro €, conversion of currency to Euro must still meet the specified amount.

  • I retain all rights to the commissioned art work unless the copyright is purchased for a discussed and agreed upon price.

  • I reserve the right to post your created image on my social media, for my portfolio or promotional use, unless expressly requested not to.

  • You may use the commission image at any size as you please for personal use, like icons, wallpapers, other graphics used in non-commercial digital format or as a personal print. Excluded are commercial purposes (like selling prints etc.).

  • Please credit me/link to my page if you upload the piece to Social Meda or any online gallery. Removal of the watermark/claiming it as your own created artwork will result in you being banned from further commissions.

  • Under no circumstances are you allowed to use the piece for anything related to AI (reproducing, generation). Not complying will result in you being banned from further commissions. Posting it on social media does not fall under that.

  • I have no interest in NFT (Non-fungible Token). Please do not use my art for any NFT related reasons.

  • Changing commission content adheres to the pricing listed. Please suggest changes before the finally piece. I am not responsible for forgotten changes after a step is done.

  • Refunds: If for any reason you want to cancel a piece after a step, I will refund the amount deducted from the work completed, for example cancelling after lineart stage, you will receive the amount back that would pay for any stages after that.

  • I reserve the right to cancel a commission due to unprofessionalism, or inappropriate behavior. Refunded amount works the same as if you cancel.

  • There are no refunds on completed pieces.
